Courses/Stages
- I offer weekly tuition throughout the school year, two hours per session, currently six groups per week.
There are a few places left for 2009/10, Wednesday and Friday evenings only, please contact me NOW for 2009/10. All daytime sessions are full. - I have been offering summer courses to French artists since 2002, but am excited that this year I can now offer residential courses to you, a close English neighbour has just this year opened a new gîte to a very high standard, 700metres from me. The gîte will sleep 4 people in two rooms, so if there are a group of you, why not?
- The courses are held in July and August, I offer four-day courses with 6 hours of tuition ( 2 x 3hr sessions)every day. The price for these courses is 400€ per person, based on a group of 4 sharing the gîte. This price includes the course tuition (with the midday meals included), and the gîte accomodation. For a nominal charge we will be happy to meet you at either Le Mans TGV or Tours airport.
- You will probably arrive on the Sunday and leave on the following Saturday, but if this causes you problems please let us know and we will see if it possible to make alternative arrangements.
- 2009 has gone, I will announce the dates for 2010 at the beginning of January 2010!
- All the courses are limited to five people, they are open to anybody and everybody, irrespective of your age or level. I work exclusively in watercolour and will show you the qualities inherent in the medium, the transparence and the light. Whether you already paint and would like to work at your technique or if you simply want to find out about watercolour, I am sure that you will find something for you. Incidentally, I will be with you for all of the 24hours of tuition, and will be painting alongside of you.

- Je donne des cours pendant l'année scolaire, actuellement par raison de six séances de deux heures par semaine. Actuellement il ne reste que quelques places pour le mercredi soir et le vendredi soir , 19h - 21h. Donc, n'hésitez pas à me contacter immédiatement si vous êtes interessé pour l'année 2009-10. Toutes les séances de jour sont complets.
- Les mois de Juillet et Août, je propose quelques stages de quatre jours, à 6 heures d'instruction par jour ( 2 x 3heures ). Le prix de ces stages est à 200€, les repas de midi sont inclus. 2009, c'est trop tard, j'annoncerai les dates pour l'année prochaine le début de janvier 2010.
- L'hébergement est possible dans un gîte à 700m d'ici. Le gîte est de haute gamme pour 4 personnes, et si vous êtes quatre le prix pour le stage et le gîte est de 400€ par personne. Le gîte sera disponible le dimanche jusqu'au samedi matin. Si vous avez besoin, nous pouvons faire le liason entre Le Mans TGV ou l'aeroport de Tours et ici.
- Les stages sont pour tout le monde, si vous êtes jeune ou peut-être pas, si vous connaissez l'aquarelle ou pas, je travaillerai sur la transparence et la lumière de l'aquarelle. Je serai à côté de vous pour les 24 heures de tuition, et je peindrai avec vous.
